Sudbury Man Who Drove Onto Willis Lake Facing 2 Charges
Resident will be summonsed to court at a later date.
The Sudbury resident who drove a white sedan onto frozen Willis Lake on Jan. 24 will face two charges, the Sudbury Police Department announced today. According to Lt. Robert Grady, the 27-year-old male will be summonsed to court at a later date and be charged with: Grady said the resident's name can't be released until after his arraignment. On Jan. 24 emergency personnel responded to Willis Lake after receiving a report of a car stuck on the ice just after midnight. The male driver and his female companion were transported to Emerson Hospital for precautionary reasons, Lt. Scott Nix said at the time.
