Soul of India, a new Indian restaurant located at 103 Boston Post Road, is opening tonight. Owner Dariusz Zywina told Sudbury Patch customers will be invited for dinner at 5 p.m. "After weeks of hard work I am pleased to announce that we are finally open for business," he said. Customers wanted to make a reservation can do so by calling 978-261-5790. Soul of India is in the same location Pongal II once was.

While driving down Boston Post Road (E) on Tuesday I came upon a sign proclaiming a new restaurant was coming to Sudbury. The restaurant, Soul of India, will open in the same location Pongal II once was on 103 Boston Post Road.
