Waltham Police Charge Sudbury Man With Restraining Order Violation

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Sudbury Police Department assisted Waltham police in arresting a Sudbury man late Saturday night. At about 10:07 p.m., Waltham police contacted Sudbury officers to report a Waltham woman was contacted by her ex-husband. The ex-husband, Paul Provencer, 51, of 246 Mossman Road in Sudbury, has a restraining ordered against him by his ex-wife. Sudbury officers arrived at the Mossman Road home and arrested Provencer without incident, Lt. Robert Grady said. He was released at 1:53 a.m. on Sunday and was scheduled to be arraigned at Waltham District Court on Monday. No other information was available.
