Evan Walsh, Neighbor

With 17 years of Real Estate experience, Evan has enjoyed a very successful real estate

career assisting buyers and sellers to achieve their goals and dreams. He has been ranked

one of the Top 100 Social Media Marketing Agents worldwide and has been appointed to

the William Raveis Luxury Marketing Advisory Committee. He is the former Chairman of the

Greater Boston Association of Realtors Communications Committee and is a skilled drone

operator and aerial photographer.

Besides Marketing, New Construction is a particular area of expertise. Evan

has guided many homebuyers through the purchase process of a New Build accompanying

them on vendor visits, offering suggestions and introducing new products. He works with

builders to obtain home sites and advises on selections, specs and pricing. Evan loves

construction and design. His own home has been recently featured in the Boston Globe

and will be featured in an upcoming issue of Modern Farmhouse Magazine. Evan resides in Medfield,

with his wife Stephanie and their five year old daughter Bridget.

As cancer survivor, Evan has worked tirelessly to raise monies for the Damon Runyan

Cancer Research Foundation partnering with Dana Farber, both organizations that provide

funding to brilliant young scientists, researching new and innovative treatments for all

forms of cancer.
