Charles here in Massachusetts we have the Bartley/Fox handgun law which states if convicted of being in the possession of a firearm without the neccesary licensing the person will go to jail for 1 year 365 days no parole no good time do you want to take a guess how many people have actually been convicted of Bartley Fox violations

While the idea of a firearm that can spit out bullets faster than I can count is frightening, the thought of a government telling law abiding citizens what type of firearm they can own even more frightening

Sorry Jeff but I have to call a giant BS on your alledged human bogies and my complaint was the roads were never plowed properly the streets I mention are 1 lane only now and the town still has not went out and "pushed back" to open these streets up

He has 2 counts of OUI because 1 was for alcohol the other was for pot, it was fairly easy to figure that out by reading the whole article

He said he was in a rental car at that point they felt it prudent to detain him, they didn't put restraints on him they just wanted to check him out remember he also said he was running, remember the suspect they were searching for has shown that he is willing to kill to avoid apprehension,after reading his report I commend law enforcement for their incredible restraint during such a heightened situation
